Job Summary: Senior Payroll Analyst responsible for onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, eSocial obligations, and benefits administration, with a focus on high-volume hiring. Employee support and compliance with labor legislation. **Senior Payroll Analyst** **Location: Recife – PE** **Employment Type: CLT** **Salary: R$ 2\.600,00** **Benefits: Meal Voucher + Transportation Voucher** **Main Responsibilities** **Process employee onboarding and offboarding;** **Execute full payroll closing;** **Process vacations, terminations, and labor charges;** **Submit, verify, and monitor eSocial obligations;** **Administer and validate electronic timekeeping;** **Manage benefits;** **Lead high-volume hiring processes, primarily for construction projects;** **Provide employee support and ensure compliance with labor legislation.** **Requirements** **Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst;** **Experience in the civil construction sector;** **Proficiency in Mais Controle, Onvio, and Agora Ponto Digital systems;** **Knowledge of payroll, eSocial, onboarding, offboarding, vacations, and terminations;** **Experience handling high-volume hiring;** **Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related fields.** **SUBMIT YOUR RESUME** **Email: rhalmeidacurriculo@gmail.com** Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Daycare allowance * Company mobile phone * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
