You will be responsible for managing the Commercial, Financial, Administrative, and Pedagogical areas, ensuring the school operates smoothly, achieves its goals, and delivers excellence in student service. Key Responsibilities * Lead, develop, and supervise Commercial, Financial, Maintenance, Administrative, and Pedagogical teams. * Plan, monitor, and ensure achievement of commercial targets and unit performance indicators. * Manage the school’s financial, administrative, and operational processes. * Monitor lesson quality and ensure compliance with the institution’s pedagogical standards. * Recruit, select, onboard, and supervise instructors, providing feedback and supporting continuous development. * Participate in hiring, training, and developing unit staff. * Monitor performance indicators and develop action plans to improve results. * Ensure proper execution of processes related to contracts, documentation, inventory, maintenance, procurement, and infrastructure. * Develop partnerships, commercial initiatives, and events that contribute to unit growth. * Address requests from students, staff, and instructors, fostering an organized, high-performance environment. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Experience in team management and operations leadership. * Experience in commercial management, performance indicator tracking, and people development. * Ability to recruit, train, and develop teams and instructors. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
