Ongoing support in improving fleet management processes We are seeking a **Fleet Analyst** to join our team. If you are organized, analytical, proactive, and have experience in fleet management, this opportunity is for you! You will be responsible for ensuring fleet control and efficiency, contributing to cost reduction, compliance with legal requirements, and vehicle availability for operations. Key Responsibilities * Manage vehicle documentation (CRLV, licensing, insurance, and other mandatory documents); * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet; * Monitor fuel refueling and track fuel consumption; * Administer traffic fines, tracking notifications and appeal deadlines; * Coordinate accident claims with insurance companies and other involved parties; * Prepare managerial reports, KPIs, and fleet cost analyses; * Negotiate with repair shops, insurance companies, fuel stations, and other suppliers; * Support continuous improvement of fleet management processes. Requirements ✔ Completed high school education; ✔ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fleet management or control; ✔ Knowledge of vehicle documentation and traffic legislation; ✔ Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Preferred Qualifications * Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure companies; * Driver's license category B.
