We are currently seeking a **CFS Supervisor** to join our **CFS** team. If you are passionate about safety, operational discipline, and results-driven performance, we want to meet you! **What are the key responsibilities of this role?** * Supervise warehousing and cargo handling operations, ensuring compliance with procedures and operational standards. * Ensure a safe working environment by promoting sound safety practices and conducting DDS and equipment checklists. * Plan and allocate operational staff efficiently to ensure productivity and on-time delivery. * Monitor and ensure accurate billing for services rendered. * Manage resources and equipment required for operations. * Interact with customers, customs brokers, port authorities, and logistics partners. * Drive continuous process improvement by proposing solutions and developing the team. * Support training, employee development, and participate in incident investigations when necessary. * Contribute to the commercial team in maintaining and prospecting customers. **What are we looking for?** **Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed (Business Administration, Logistics, Port Management). * **Experience:** Experience in warehouse/logistics operations (including CFS), team leadership, and knowledge of warehousing and cargo handling processes. * **Preferred Qualification:** Familiarity with operational/logistics systems (WMS, TOS or similar). * **Computer Skills:** Intermediate Microsoft Office suite. * **Language:** Intermediate English. * **LEAN Mindset:** We seek someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset — naturally curious, committed to solving root causes, and motivated to make things better every day. **Skills and Competencies** * Team leadership: ability to engage, guide, and develop operational teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with operational objectives. * Planning and organization: ability to structure and prioritize tasks, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery. * Decision-making and problem-solving: act quickly and decisively when facing operational challenges, seeking effective and sustainable solutions. * Focus on safety and results: performance oriented toward strict adherence to safety regulations, with continuous emphasis on performance and process improvement.
