Acquire new customers and promote visa service sales. We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Analyst to join our team in the area of Portuguese visa consulting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, performing administrative and document-processing tasks related to visa applications, and playing a key role in acquiring new customers, achieving visa service sales targets, and fulfilling company-established objectives. Requirements * Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in services related to administrative procedures or management. * Prior experience in administrative work and document processing. * Intermediate English (B2 level) * Academic background in administrative or related fields. * Proactive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in using computer tools and document management systems. Responsibilities * Customer service to clarify doubts, provide information, and guidance regarding the visa application process. * Management of administrative procedures and processing of documents related to the visa application process. * Ensure proper handling and tracking of customer requests. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely document delivery and deadline compliance. * Provide customer support throughout all stages of the process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. * Acquire new customers by promoting and selling visa services. * Complete visa application forms and monitor customer applications. * Offer personalized consulting to guide customers through the application process and ensure their satisfaction.
