Supervise international cargo terminal operations at Recife Airport, ensuring compliance with regulations, achievement of targets, maintenance of quality standards, and operational efficiency. Serve as the interface with customers, airlines, and regulatory authorities. **Responsibilities:** ; Manage commercial contracts, establishing controls for deadlines (validity, renewal, adjustments, termination, or amendments) and preparing supplementary documentation (e.g., drafts and notifications). Analyze commercial contracts—from alignment with company strategy to economic performance—and propose recommendations and action plans. Develop reports and business cases for the Commercial Management team. Maintain active and sustainable relationships with internal and external customers. Support negotiations with current and prospective customers. Assist other company departments (Legal, Operations, Engineering, Finance, etc.) regarding interactions with assignees, audits, billing, and related matters. Lead negotiations, meetings, communications, and customer relationship activities concerning current and future cargo business, always aligned with the manager. Formulate the department’s strategy and its action and control plans (KPIs). Ensure the International Cargo Terminal at Recife Airport delivers efficient and competitive service to users. Conduct regulatory consultation processes (public consultations). Monitor air cargo market trends and propose opportunities for new products, strategic partnerships, and revenue diversification. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Civil Aviation, International Trade, or related fields. Postgraduate specialization or master’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or Airport Management (preferred). Intermediate English proficiency.
