"This position is also open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals." **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop KPIs to monitor operations, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing actions to meet the production plan; * Conduct alignment meetings regarding the production plan with involved departments; * Refine and automate reports, presentations, and production planning and control tools to provide appropriate information for decision-making; * Analyze, review, and develop procedures to standardize activities under their responsibility; * Perform appropriate material planning (MRP), interfacing with Procurement and Logistics departments to meet organizational objectives; * Implement PCP management processes, mapping and documenting departmental information flows; * Monitor and perform routines related to product registration and data entry; * Monitor finished goods inventory levels, interfacing with Logistics and Corporate departments; * Conduct proper demand analysis, evaluating the unit’s production capacity and proposing solutions to meet business needs; * Plan and monitor supply to units; * Evaluate and identify improvement opportunities, seeking solutions within departmental processes; * Identify cost optimization/reduction opportunities based on KPI data analysis; * Provide technical guidance to the team, organize and distribute tasks according to technical specifications, serving as a reference in departmental processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Experience in analyzing and preparing performance reports and KPIs; * Knowledge of and experience applying management tools (action plans, verification checklists, various controls); * Prior experience in this role; * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, Monday to Friday. **Additional Information** Check out our benefits below: National Unimed Health Insurance (ward or private room); AMIL Dental Insurance (basic, intermediate, and executive plans); Meal Voucher or Company Restaurant; Food Allowance; Scholarship Program (subject to policy and eligibility); Discounts with educational institutions; Pharmacy Benefits Program; Life Insurance; Christmas Basket; Pregnancy Support Program; Pet Day; Commemorative Gifts; Wellhub/Gympass; Wellz (Mental Health Benefit).
