Development of management reports and dashboards **Job Description:** ---------------------- Manage cost control, calculation, and analysis of the company's direct and indirect operational costs, ensuring data reliability and providing support for strategic decision-making, with the aim of achieving operational efficiency and increasing business profitability. Key Responsibilities and Activities: Control, calculate, and analyze direct and indirect operational costs, ensuring data accuracy and proper accounting classification. Prepare cost management reports, financial performance statements, and comparative analyses between budgeted and actual costs. Conduct variance analyses (budget vs. actual), identifying deviations, root causes, and opportunities for expense optimization. Actively participate in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes by developing simulations, scenarios, and cost projections. Assess the profitability of contracts, projects, and business units to support strategic and commercial decisions. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and enhanced operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with Procurement, Engineering, Production, and Finance departments, monitoring purchase orders, material consumption, and cost centers. Utilize ERP systems for extracting, processing, and validating cost data. Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and management dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support efficient resource management. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Prior experience in cost analysis and control. Knowledge of corporate budgeting, profitability analysis, and cost centers. Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI.
