This position is part of the WE Flex model, meaning you will work three days per week onsite at our offices and two days remotely from home. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support and propose monitoring and observability strategies for infrastructure and systems environments, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational stability; * Implement and maintain monitoring standards, ensuring adequate visibility across environments through alerts, metrics, and dashboards applicable to various services and workloads; * Configure and enhance executive and operational dashboards, tracking availability, performance, capacity, and SLA indicators in a structured, decision-oriented manner; * Define and adjust alert rules, thresholds, maintenance windows, and severity levels, focusing on reducing noise, increasing notification accuracy, and improving operational efficiency; * Create and maintain proactive monitoring solutions, contributing to incident prevention and early failure detection before they impact operations; * Integrate monitoring into incident and crisis management processes, ensuring automation, traceability, and consistency in governance—including integration with TOP DESK; * Support technical teams in instrumentation and observability enhancements, ensuring generated metrics are actionable and useful for diagnosis and sustained stability; * Produce performance and availability reports, including critical analysis and objective recommendations for service and environment improvement; * Propose and lead continuous improvements to the monitoring model, applying methodologies such as PDCA to increase maturity, efficiency, and operational predictability. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Technical Requirements:** * Practical expertise in Zabbix, including templates, items, triggers, discovery, actions, and integrations, with ability to structure consistent monitoring models; * Practical expertise in Grafana, including dashboard creation and maintenance, panel design, metric organization, and visualizations tailored for operational and executive monitoring; * Solid knowledge of monitoring and observability, with emphasis on availability, performance, and stability of critical environments; * Strong analytical capability for root cause analysis and identification of relevant signals, ensuring metrics and alerts are actionable and effective; * Familiarity with ITIL-based incident management best practices, ensuring monitoring supports service continuity and efficient response. **Desirable Technical Requirements:** * Experience designing and implementing monitoring solutions—acting structurally rather than solely operating a NOC; * Knowledge of infrastructure and application metrics, errors, and throughput, ensuring accurate reading and interpretation of signals; * Experience integrating with ITSM tools, supporting automated incident creation, workflows, categorization, and end-to-end incident lifecycle governance; * Experience monitoring hybrid environments—including on-premises and Azure—with an integrated operational view; * Experience creating a service- and criticality-based monitoring catalog, contributing to corporate standardization and model scalability. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Daycare allowance, Internal benefits, Profit sharing, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
