Your role will include: Managing customer portfolios and prospecting new micro and small entrepreneur customers; Conducting in-person visits to our customers; Identifying and acting upon potential partnerships; Ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction; Preventive collections; Negotiating agreements; Monitoring portfolio delinquency.
