We are proud to be part of this family — that’s why We Are Novo! #### **Daily Responsibilities:** * Conduct financial and operational performance indicator analyses to monitor overall company and departmental performance; * Lead the annual budget preparation process and its revisions; monitor budget execution, analyze variances between budgeted and actual results, and participate in monthly management meetings; * Support other company departments by providing information to managers and directors for decision-making, acting as an enabler of internal processes and applying necessary tools and controls; * Assess the feasibility of short- or long-term investment resource allocation decisions; develop financial models and short-, medium-, and long-term scenario projections; #### **Required Qualifications:** * Knowledge of the PDCA tool; * Advanced Excel proficiency (desirable); * ERP experience is a plus (Consinco); * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
