We continuously design tomorrow, and therefore, you are extremely important to us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage demands related to mobilization, effective management, and maintenance of site environments (e.g., gatehouse, cafeterias, living areas, common areas, etc.). * Oversee the entire project site—from preparation, management, approval, inspection, and signing off on warehouse activities. * Organize and supervise work carried out by third-party companies. * Monitor and control material usage across all site phases, ensuring internal procedures remain standardized and efficiently updated. * Take responsibility for necessary actions required to execute projects—including coordination of designs, deadlines, required resources, and compliance with required standards. * Control material usage and consumption, maintaining service identification and evaluation, and requesting replenishment when needed. * Inspect cleanliness, organization, and proper use of all equipment based on Work Instructions and control spreadsheets. * Prepare budgets and monitor services related to inputs, labor contracting, and material procurement. * Communicate with active employees to ensure required information is provided. * Manage costs, expenses, and balances to meet procurement needs. * Track purchase orders using control spreadsheets and systems. * Maintain received material levels as requested, along with administrative and maintenance activities, as established. * Monitor purchase order requests; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Preferred: pursuing undergraduate studies in Business Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced); * Experience in administrative routines within Civil Construction / Engineering. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits Include:** * Swile Meal Voucher, usable at restaurants and supermarkets. * Bradesco Health Insurance. * Metlife Dental Insurance. * Life Insurance. * Transportation Voucher. **Upholding our Commitment to Our Way and the Well-being of All Passarelli Professionals, we also offer:** * Totalpass (access to gyms, psychologists, and nutritionists). * Workplace Gymnastics. * Maternity Basket. * Partnerships with educational institutions. * Development journey via Talent Academy. * Monthly Birthday Celebration (among other events). * Exclusive monthly talks for our team on various self-care topics. * Therapeutic Support. * Access to a development platform for the entire team. * NOTE: This position is also open to professionals with disabilities.
