**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for a **Technical Services Coordinator** to lead the technical operations in the **North and Northeast Regions**, based in **Recife**.
This is a strategic position acting as the liaison between **regional management**, **Technical Leaders**, and the **Technical Services Manager**, responsible for ensuring technical excellence, process standardization, and service quality for **VRV and Applied systems**.
The professional will directly manage Technical Leaders, internal teams, and partners, while playing a key role in operational organization and regional technical development.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Main Responsibilities**

### **Technical Management and Regional Leadership**
* Provide technical coordination for **VRV and Applied** operations across the North and Northeast regions.
* Lead and develop **Technical Leaders** and regional teams, ensuring technical and operational alignment.
* Serve as the primary regional technical escalation point for complex, critical, or recurring cases.
* Ensure proper execution of:
* Preventive and corrective maintenance
* Start\-ups and commissioning
* Medium- and high-complexity diagnostics and troubleshooting
* Provide technical support to the **Technical Services Manager**, delivering analyses, KPIs, and improvement proposals.
### **Operational and Administrative Management**
* Plan and organize regional technical operations, including:
* Allocation of technical resources
* Workload balancing
* Prioritization of service requests and projects
* Monitor and analyze operational indicators (KPIs), such as:
* FTF (First Time Fix)
* TMA (Average Service Time)
* Failure recurrence rate
* Compliance in Service Order documentation
* Ensure correct use of management and activity control tools.
* Support cost management, rework reduction, and operational efficiency.
### **Partner Service Management**
* Provide technical coordination for services performed by **partner companies** in the region.
* Ensure technical alignment, clear scope definition, and adherence to quality standards for outsourced services.
* Act as the interface among:
* Partners
* Internal teams
* End customers
* Support resolution of technical deviations, non-conformities, and complaints.
* Technically validate strategic or critical services performed by third parties.
### **Technical Development and Standardization**
* Ensure implementation of company technical standards, procedures, and best practices.
* Identify regional technical gaps and propose training plans.
* Support implementation of capacity-building programs, mentoring, and development initiatives.
* Act as an agent promoting a culture of technical excellence across the region.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**What We Seek**

* Technical or higher education degree in **Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Electromechanics, or related fields**.
* Solid experience with **VRV and Applied (Chiller) systems**.
* Previous experience in **technical coordination, team leadership, or operational management**.
* Strong knowledge of:
* Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
* Start\-up and commissioning
* Reading and interpreting electrical and control diagrams
* Maintenance and technical service processes
* Valid driver’s license (mandatory) and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
* Technical certifications (VRV/Applied/Daikin) are a plus.
