Walter Lopes Engineering was founded in the State of Pernambuco in 2002 by engineers Michael Walter Kruppa and Vinicius Sombra Lopes. Act as the liaison between engineers, architects, and field teams. Supervise and guide work teams at the construction site. Guide proper material usage and monitor its application. Monitor physical progress schedules and adherence to deadlines. Control the quality of executed services. Ensure compliance with safety norms and procedures. Prepare monitoring and budgetary control reports. Inspect materials and construction processes. Identify and resolve unforeseen events and issues at the construction site. Maintain constant communication with engineers and architects. Ensure construction is carried out according to technical specifications, safety standards, and established quality criteria. Previous experience as Construction Supervisor, Construction Manager, Project Coordinator, or Site Foreman may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position.
