Job Summary: The professional will plan and conduct internal audits, evaluate controls, identify risks, prepare reports, and act consultatively with business areas. Key Highlights: 1. In all locations, we consistently deliver differentiated, top-tier products across corporate segments and first/second homes for middle- and high-income clients. **Your Responsibilities:** • Plan and conduct internal audits (operational, financial, and compliance) * Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes * Identify risks and propose improvements and action plans * Prepare audit reports with clear and objective recommendations * Monitor implementation of corrective actions * Act in a consultative capacity with business areas * Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and applicable legislation **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in internal or external auditing; * Knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and compliance; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Analytical, critical, and collaborative mindset; * Familiarity with Data Analytics and/or Power BI; * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. **What We Offer:** CLT employment contract Meal or Food Allowance Health Insurance Dental Insurance Transportation Voucher Life Insurance Gympass UniSoma (Corporate University)
