Menu knowledge and communication with the team #### **About the position:** * Delight customers with excellent service, acting proactively and organizedly, mastering restaurant products and standards, supporting the maître, and ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen and dining room for a memorable experience. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Reservation management (phone, website, WhatsApp, walk\-ins Atlante). * Warm reception: greeting, reservation verification, escorting guests to their table, brief presentation (menu/wine list). Speet Mirage. * Table layout: optimize flow and reservations per dining area; set up and adjust the daily table map. * Comprehensive knowledge of the menu, wine list, and drinks; suggest basic pairings for the day and update the team. * VIP and regular guest service (record preferences). * Communication with kitchen/waitstaff/maître regarding timing, issues, and special needs (allergies, special meals, celebrations). * Queue management and prioritization during high-demand periods. * Resolve initial complaints calmly and escalate to the maître or manager when necessary; ensure follow-up and service recovery. * Train/back\-up to receive feedback; participate in scheduling and verify sector opening and closing. * Maintain personal and team image (uniform/performance). #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School Education * Courses in Etiquette, Reception Techniques, Reservation Basics, and Customer Service. #### **Desirable Requirements (Advantage):** * Basic/Intermediate English * Experience duration for this role: 6 months to 1 year * Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, or events. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Salvia (Telemedicine \| Tele\-Specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Birthday Day Off * On\-site Meal * Discounts on accommodations within the network #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:03 AM * Rotating Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off
