So, if you enjoy solving complex problems, thrive in purpose-driven work, and wish to grow within an environment that values people and their ideas, this role is perfect for you! ✨ * **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Develop and maintain high-quality web applications; * Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate solutions into broader projects; * Identify and fix bugs, ensuring code quality; * Document developed code efficiently. * **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in IT or related fields; * Proven prior experience in the role/area; * Prior experience with Java frameworks and SQL; * Valid professional certifications in software development, Agile methodologies, or DevOps; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. * **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience developing with JavaScript frameworks; * Experience developing mobile applications using Ionic or React Native; * Experience applying Agile methodologies. * **Additional Information:** * Working hours: 40 hours per week \- Monday to Friday; * Employment type: In-person.
