**Key Responsibilities:**
Plan, coordinate, and execute technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, budget, and quality.
Act as the primary point of contact among clients, technical teams, and internal departments.
Develop schedules, action plans, status reports, and conduct progress review meetings.
Manage risks, scope changes, and priorities, ensuring project continuity.
Monitor performance indicators and ensure delivery of client value.
Lead stakeholder management, align expectations, and promote clear, ongoing communication.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, project standardization, and best practices in project management.
Develop service strategies aligned with company objectives and client needs.
Monitor and evaluate project performance, providing continuous feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.
Mediate conflicts and foster a collaborative, productive work environment, enabling team members' professional development.
Prepare and present detailed project progress reports, including performance indicators, risks, and issues.
Experience implementing ERP systems.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in IT or infrastructure project management.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
Ability to lead executive and technical meetings, and strong negotiation skills.
Experience in client relationship management and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI\-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar.
Experience in cloud, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Monday, Trello, etc.).
Knowledge of IT infrastructure or architecture.
English proficiency for reading and professional conversation.
