Job Summary: A Controller professional with experience in team management, responsible for reporting, financial forecasting, cost control, and audits. Key Highlights: 1. A better future? **\#WeAreLear** **What will you do?** * Perform **monthly and annual reporting** of plant results to the FP\&A area (Walks Forecast vs. Actual, Monthly Closing, Year-End Closing, R\&O, financial reports, etc.); * Coordinate the team in preparing **financial forecasts** (Forecast, Budget, R\&O), aligned with corporate assumptions and guidelines; * Ensure the **accuracy of forecasts** for results, balance sheet, and cash flow; * Jointly with Procurement and Sales, control and implement **Economics (increases)** and **Psaving (reductions)** related to raw materials, as well as corresponding **commercial recoveries** from customers; * Analyze and control the implementation of **new products**, including launch costs, CAPEX, prototypes, and tooling; * Support the Plant Controller in analyzing and implementing **cost reduction projects**, expense reductions, and profitability improvement initiatives; * Monitor, together with SSC Logistics, **import expenses** and their proper accounting treatment; * Work directly with the **Treasury** area on plant cash flow forecasting; * Coordinate the team in collecting evidence for the **SOX process**, including control testing, identification of deficiencies, and tracking of action plans. * Participate in **internal and external audits** (financial and operational); * Coordinate cost analysts and specialists in **general and cycle inventory** activities. **What does Lear expect from you?** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in Plant Controller functions; * Advanced English proficiency; * Experience managing teams.
