Job Summary: Lead the warehouse operational team, ensuring efficiency, organization, productivity, quality in receiving/shipping, and compliance with company processes. Key Highlights: 1. Problem-solving and cross-departmental coordination Ensure warehouse operational efficiency by leading the team, maintaining organization, productivity, quality in receiving/shipping, and adherence to company-defined processes. \- Key Responsibilities Lead the operational team (guide, monitor, and develop) Verify and store materials; Monitor weighing, picking, and shipping; Control physical inventory via system; Ensure compliance with operational processes and standards; Directly address daily operational issues; Coordinate with departments such as Administration, Procurement, and Sales; Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety; Monitor KPIs (productivity, losses, operational errors). \- Behavioral Profile (what we truly seek) Firm yet fair leadership (with respect); Operational organization and discipline; Owner mindset; Strong communication with team and support departments; Agility in decision-making; Resilience (able to handle operational pressure). \- Requirements Completed high school education (college degree is a plus); Prior experience in warehouse/logistics operations; Experience leading teams; Basic inventory control knowledge; Preferred: experience with electronic weighing systems / operational systems. \- Differentiators Experience in recycling companies, scrap metal businesses, or heavy operations; Knowledge of process improvement; We seek a leader who collaborates closely with the team, maintains strong operational control, and ensures the warehouse operates efficiently, organizedly, and results-driven.
