Supervise warehouse operations, internal transfers, shipping, and route planning. Monitor logistics KPIs, performance reports, and freight costs. Manage route planning and contracting of third-party transportation services, optimizing routes and achieving optimal freight performance aligned with company targets. Manage team work schedules, monitoring attendance indicators, shift assignments, overtime balance, and vacation planning. Bachelor's degree required.
