This professional will play a fundamental role in supporting administrative and financial routines, handling contract management, bill issuance, and customer service—contributing to the organization of internal processes and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. We seek someone organized, communicative, and eager to learn and grow alongside the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Support administrative and financial routines within the department. * Provide customer service for financial and contractual requests. * Process contractual changes, such as temporary suspension, due date modification, and change of account holder. * Systematically and documentarily process and record cancellation requests. * Issue bills, record payments, and monitor contract status. * Receive payments and assist with daily cash closing. * Maintain updated records in internal systems. * Use the **IXC Soft** and **Opa!Suite** platforms to track and resolve requests. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Administration, Accounting, Financial Management**, or related fields. * Experience in administrative or financial routines. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Proficiency in using digital systems and tools. * Availability for in-person attendance at other branches when required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience with **internet service providers** or **telecommunications companies**. * Previous knowledge of financial management or customer service systems. **Work Arrangement** * **On-site** * **Monday to Saturday**
