Here, your role will be: Manage the business unit (Store or PAB), ensuring actions are directed toward seizing commercial opportunities, customer service, and infrastructure; Drive team performance and career development (through training and development); Supervise and serve customers visiting the store, ensuring an excellent experience; Manage NPS and daily sales targets, implementing improvement actions when necessary; Ensure quality in accordance with standards and procedures established by the bank and regulatory bodies; Visit the micro-region, foster new business, and acquire new customers; Engagement activities with the team.
