We seek a **Commercial Coordinator** to directly lead the **sales team**, drive **new commercial front openings**, and **organize regional operations**, ensuring increased revenue, greater predictability, and active market presence across Northeastern Brazil.
This person will provide **pace, direction, and close supervision to the sales function**, serving as a central link between strategy and field execution.
**Day-to-Day Role Responsibilities**
The Commercial Coordinator will be responsible for:
* Coordinating and supervising the regional sales team
* Conducting on-site activities in key locations, with frequent inter-state travel
* Accompanying sales representatives in the field, supporting negotiations and commercial development
* Expanding into strategic inland cities, initiating commercial relationships and establishing new business fronts
* Analyzing customer portfolio, sales metrics, conversion rates, and average transaction value
* Implementing commercial follow-up routines (meetings, reports, CRM)
* Identifying performance bottlenecks and defining practical actions: approach adjustments, training, or team reinforcement
* Serving as the liaison between the sales team, internal departments, and leadership
