We believe that a company’s success comes from highly qualified and personally and professionally engaged individuals, driven by purposes directed toward a greater good. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support marketing campaigns by executing operational actions to ensure successful events and partnerships. * Approve purchase orders and product registrations to guarantee stock availability, information updates, and bundled sales. * Evaluate and qualify suppliers to foster growth and unlock new business opportunities. * Define customer portfolios and organize technical and commercial visits to strengthen relationships, promote the product portfolio, and expand sales opportunities. * Manage facility-related activities using digital platforms to maintain infrastructure. * Manage contracts: assess technical and economic feasibility; monitor validity periods, contractual clauses, invoicing, and responses to BIDs—ensuring financial health and adherence to agreements. * Identify and launch new in-company units through technical visits and deep business knowledge. * Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and identify sales opportunities. * Supervise and coordinate the sales team, tracking performance indicators, goals, and results, while conducting alignment meetings and providing feedback. * Establish and monitor sales targets using tools such as Power BI, Sphere, and Sales Funnel for performance analysis and strategy definition. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Familiarity with the MRO market is desirable; * A completed undergraduate degree in related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing) is mandatory; * Proven experience in people management and team leadership is mandatory; * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and the full Microsoft Office suite is mandatory; * Solid technical and commercial experience in the Commercial area is required; **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Meal Allowance, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Life Insurance, Gympass, Profit Sharing (PLR); **Optum Support Program:** In partnership with **iFood**, offering psychological and social counseling services free of charge to employees and their family members, accessible via phone; Nortel is an equal-opportunity employer and actively invites women, visible minorities, and persons with disabilities to apply.
