Manage cash flow (short-, medium-, and long-term). Prepare and analyze financial and managerial reports. Monitor financial indicators (KPIs) and results. Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Support senior management in strategic decision-making. Manage costs, expenses, and investments. Assess financial risks and propose preventive actions. Lead and develop the finance team. Interact with banks, investors, auditors, and suppliers.
