We have an opening for you to become a Business Banking Specialist (B1\), where you will be hired as a Specialist—the primary subject-matter expert in your area. **Main Responsibilities** You will be responsible for managing established Select client portfolios, delivering hybrid service and comprehensive financial consulting focused on profitability, relationship management, and customer retention. * Conduct consultative service, alternating between digital and in-person channels as needed; * Perform individualized financial planning, advising on portfolio options; * Develop upgrade opportunities for Select Ultra High; * Identify upgrade opportunities and performance growth potential. **Behavioral and Technical Competencies** * Strong analytical ability and financial recommendation skills; * Negotiation and active listening skills; * Close portfolio management engagement; * Ability to build long-term relationships; * Investment decisiveness. **Education/Certifications** * CPA 20 (mandatory); * Completed undergraduate degree; * Technical knowledge in credit, investments, and financial planning.
