Interface with brokers, operators, and internal departments **Job Description:** ---------------------- Administer and control corporate benefits, ensuring correct enrollment, termination, and maintenance of health, dental, and life insurance plans, as well as invoice analysis, guaranteeing contractual compliance, financial accuracy, and efficient integration with Payroll, Finance, and brokerage firms. Main Responsibilities: Perform enrollments, terminations, and registration updates for health, dental, and life insurance benefits according to personnel movements. Conduct critical analysis of benefit invoices, validating amounts, active lives, co-payments, waiting periods, adjustments, and contractual clauses. Serve as the direct interface with brokers and operators, monitoring requests, discrepancies, negotiations, and operational matters. Consolidate and forward co-payment events to the Payroll department, ensuring deadlines and data consistency for payroll deductions. Forward validated invoices to Finance for payment, with appropriate controls, approvals, and supporting evidence. Monitor due dates to prevent delays, penalties, or coverage suspensions. Support internal and external audits by providing reports, evidence, and information related to benefits. Maintain updated managerial controls and reports on costs, lives covered, claims frequency, and financial variations. **Desired Qualifications:** -------------------------- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. Prior experience in corporate benefits management. Knowledge of health, dental, life insurance plans, and co-payment structures. Experience interfacing with brokers, operators, and internal departments (Payroll and Finance). Experience in Personnel Department routines is considered a plus. Proficiency in Excel for controls and analyses.
