Promote continuous improvement of processes #### **About the position:** We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bakery Supervisor to lead our team and ensure excellence in production and customer service. The professional will be responsible for supervising all bakery operations—from production planning to personnel management and quality control—ensuring our products maintain high standards and customer satisfaction. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise the bakery team and assign daily tasks; * Plan and monitor production, ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to technical specifications; * Manage inventory, waste, and procurement requests for ingredients; * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety regulations; * Monitor customer service and product display, where applicable; * Train and develop the team, promoting continuous process improvement. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior bakery experience, preferably in leadership roles; * Knowledge of baking, production control, and good food handling practices; * Ability to lead teams and monitor performance indicators; * Flexible availability regarding working hours. #### **Desirable qualifications (preferred):** * Technical or vocational training in Baking, Pastry, or related fields; * Experience in large-scale production; * Familiarity with performance indicators and cost management; * Experience with management systems and inventory control. #### **Benefits:** * Meals provided on-site; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Salary commensurate with the role. #### **Work schedule and weekly hours:** 44h/week
