Process improvement for culture, climate, and employee engagement Our Client: Large-scale medical practice in the region Responsibilities: \- Carry out the entire process of implementation and generalist structuring of Human Resources; \- Leadership management and development; \- Process improvement aimed at fostering culture, climate, and employee engagement; \- People management and direct reporting to the organization's owners; Requirements: \- Completed undergraduate degree \- Availability for daily commuting to Moreno; \- Residence in Recife/PE;
