#### **About the Role:**
We are looking for an HR Business Partner dedicated to the Collections operation, with strong presence in the operational environment and a strategic role in supporting leadership.
This position requires a balance between strategic vision and execution, acting as a business partner in people management while ensuring alignment with HR policies and Personnel Department practices. The professional will serve as a reference point for supervisors, coordinators, and managers, supporting leadership development, improvement of organizational climate, and achievement of sustainable results.
We seek a generalist profile with solid HR expertise and knowledge of Personnel Department functions, capable of operating proactively, analytically, and closely aligned with operations.
#### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve as a dedicated BP for the Collections operation, maintaining consistent presence in the team’s daily activities;
* Support leaders in people management, decision-making, and team development;
* Lead and monitor performance management processes, goal setting, and structured feedback;
* Directly address topics such as organizational climate, engagement, absenteeism, and turnover, designing action plans;
* Support and lead internal mobility and Recruitment & Selection processes (headcount expansion and replacements);
* Mediate conflicts and support leadership in applying disciplinary measures when necessary;
* Monitor, analyze, and translate HR metrics into operational improvement strategies;
* Adapt HR strategies and policies to the reality of Collections, ensuring compliance and effectiveness;
* Proactively mitigate labor and behavioral risks in partnership with support areas;
* Maintain coordination with the Personnel Department on admissions, terminations, timekeeping, vacations, leaves of absence, and guidance related to labor legislation;
* Ensure alignment between management practices and legal compliance;
* Facilitate communication among HR, leadership, and operations;
* Support leadership development initiatives, succession planning, and strengthening of organizational culture;
* Contribute to organizational change processes aligned with corporate strategy.
#### **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology;
* Prior experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role;
* Solid experience working directly with managers and leadership teams;
* Comprehensive knowledge of HR subsystems (Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Organizational Climate, Training & Development, HR Metrics, Succession Planning);
* Knowledge of Personnel Department routines and labor legislation;
* Analytical capability to interpret and act upon people-related metrics;
* Consulting-oriented profile, with clear communication, collaborative attitude, and strong interpersonal skills;
* Business acumen, proactivity, and ability to strategically influence decisions.
#### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):**
* Experience in high-demand operational environments, preferably in collections or contact center operations.

#### **Work Schedule and Hours:**
* Work model: On-site;
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
* Availability to work on holidays;
* Salary: To be negotiated.
