In this role, the individual will be responsible for providing technical support for assembly processes, focusing on equipment within their scope of responsibility, performing failure analysis, mechanical maintenance management, and continuous improvement of equipment reliability, performance, and cost. Main Responsibilities: * Analyze mechanical failures of equipment under their responsibility; * Analyze MTTR and MTBF indicators and propose improvement actions; * Manage preventive mechanical maintenance plans for equipment; * Control and keep updated the spare parts list for machines; * Analyze 2D and 3D technical drawings of equipment; * Propose and implement mechanical improvements to equipment when necessary; * Develop suppliers of spare parts aiming to increase reliability and reduce costs; * Collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, and manufacturing departments. Note: This position is offered under a 2-year temporary employment contract (CDD), i.e., a CLT contract with a predetermined duration.
