Monitor ingredient inventory and organize products for display The supermarket is seeking a Baker in Petrolina (Jardim Maravilha). **Responsibilities:** Prepare doughs, breads, cakes, and other bakery products according to company recipes and standards. Bake products in ovens, controlling time, temperature, and doneness. Inspect product quality before and after baking. Assist with weighing, mixing, and shaping doughs and other preparations. Maintain the production area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and hygiene regulations. Monitor inventory of ingredients used in production. Label and organize baked goods for display and sale. Adhere to productivity, quality, and presentation standards. Support the bakery team in other operational activities as needed. Comply with supermarket safety rules and internal procedures. Previous experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, Assistant Baker, or Oven Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
