




Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance on industrial kitchen equipment, following established procedures and ensuring proper care of work tools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Corrective and preventive maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment 2. Assist in cleaning and organizing the workplace 3. Maintain and preserve PPE and work tools Perform corrective maintenance on industrial kitchen equipment such as boilers, stoves, griddles, ovens, dishwashers, and others... Follow procedures and work instructions related to assigned tasks; assist in cleaning and organizing the workplace; maintain and care for work tools under one's responsibility; ensure proper maintenance and storage of PPE, including cleaning and storing in appropriate locations; tag machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance; perform preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment by completing standard forms according to the scheduled intervals. Maintenance technician / electromechanical technician / automation technician or similar; knowledge of maintenance for industrial kitchen machines and equipment is a plus.
