Job Summary: The Maintenance Electrician III performs and supports corrective, preventive, and predictive electrical maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Performing corrective, preventive, and predictive electrical maintenance. 2. Diagnosing equipment failures and proposing technical solutions. 3. Interpreting electrical diagrams and complying with safety standards. The Maintenance Department's mission is to ensure equipment and facility reliability, availability, and safety, directly contributing to operational continuity and production process efficiency. The Maintenance Electrician III will perform and support corrective, preventive, and predictive electrical maintenance activities, conduct technical diagnostics, intervene on industrial equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement of assets, ensuring compliance with the company's established safety, quality, and professional maintenance standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive electrical maintenance on industrial equipment, electrical panels, motors, frequency inverters, and automation systems. * Diagnose electrical faults in machines and equipment, identify root causes, and propose technical solutions to restore operations. * Interpret electrical diagrams, control schematics, and power schematics to execute interventions safely and efficiently. * Support failure analysis and implementation of improvement actions to enhance equipment reliability. * Conduct periodic electrical inspections and record maintenance interventions and findings in corporate systems. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), during equipment interventions. * Support installation, adaptation, and improvements of industrial electrical systems and production equipment. * Contribute to organizing and maintaining work areas, tools, and materials used in maintenance activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed technical education in **Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Industrial Automation, or related fields**. * Proven experience in **industrial electrical maintenance**. * Knowledge of **interpreting industrial electrical and control diagrams**. * Experience maintaining **electric motors, electrical panels, sensors, frequency inverters, and control systems**. * Knowledge of **safety standards applicable to electrical maintenance (NR10 and NR35 preferred)**. * Experience with **corrective and preventive maintenance in industrial environments**. * Basic knowledge of **maintenance management systems (SAP or similar)**. * Availability to work rotating shifts, when required. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in manufacturing industries or continuous-process facilities. * Knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation systems. * Experience in industrial equipment failure analysis. * Knowledge of industrial instrumentation and process sensors. * Experience with frequency inverters, soft starters, and electric drives. * Experience working in environments applying continuous improvement methodologies (WCM, TPM, or Lean Manufacturing). **Additional Information** **Tigre Work Style**: On-site **Work Location**: Escada \- PE **Working Hours**: 07:30 \- 17:18 **We care about the well-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
