**Responsibilities and Duties**
#### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:**
* Leading Research activities such as user journey mapping, desk research, heuristic evaluations, and interviews;
* Mastering the digital product development process (ideation, prototyping, development, implementation, and scaling), aligning design needs with technical and business specifications;
* Identifying opportunities aligned with business expectations and validating hypotheses based on user behavior, data analysis, and user needs;
* Working closely with the Product team to define new products and strategies focused on optimal experience for each user/customer segment;
* Building and testing high-fidelity prototypes using automation tools or analog methods (e.g., interviews, observation).
**Requirements and Qualifications**
#### **What You Need:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Design, Industrial Design, Digital Systems and Media, Architecture, or related fields;
* Technical knowledge of Figma, Design Thinking, Interface Prototyping, Usability, Research Methodologies, and Data Analysis Tools (e.g., UxCam, Hotjar);
* Prior experience in this role or in related functions;
* Certifications in Discovery courses; Product/UX Research courses;
