**JOB DESCRIPTION** Perform cleaning and tidying services for the company's properties, aiming to satisfy customers and comply with Carpediem's established standards, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers from start to finish. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Perform cleaning and tidying activities for properties; * Ensure all cleaning and safety standards are followed; * Report any issues identified during task execution; * Maintain organized inventory of cleaning materials and supplies; * Safeguard the integrity and replenishment of materials; * Ensure high-quality standards are maintained for guests and property owners; * Complete the cleaning checklist within the company's system. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Proficiency in using apps to register cleanings online; * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and meeting deadlines; * Creativity in problem-solving; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is a plus; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Base salary: R$ 1.621,00 + R$ 850 allowance (meals + transportation) * Employment type: CLT (44 hours per week) * Rotating schedule: 6x1 * Work location: Ipojuca/PE * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:20 PM (7 hours 20 minutes per day, 1-hour break) **BENEFITS** * Hapvida Health Plan (optional enrollment – 50% covered by the company); * Access to Odont Dental Plan (optional enrollment); * Access to TotalPass (fitness program); * Individualized psychological support; * Life insurance; * Birthday day-off; * Various initiatives designed with you in mind ❤️ **ABOUT CARPEDIEM** We are the largest vacation rental property management company in Northeast Brazil.
