Job Description* Clean and tidy guest rooms using appropriate cleaning products and PPE (when required), in compliance with safety standards and POP (Standard Operational Procedures) guidelines. * Clean and maintain common and service areas under your responsibility in perfect condition, according to the schedule prepared by management. * Organize housekeeping carts with all necessary materials for task execution. * Check equipment functionality in guest rooms per work instructions. If repair is needed, immediately notify your direct supervisor or issue a maintenance work order. * Forward lost and/or forgotten guest items to Housekeeping or Management. These items will be logged in the system per established procedures. * Upon identifying guest preferences, share this information with the Front Office team to update the ACDC (Accor Customer Data Card), enabling personalized products and services for each guest and delivering surprising experiences during every stay. * Act as an ambassador for brand values and actively participate in Service Culture engagement initiatives.* Follow management guidance on selective waste collection and consumption of water, energy, and cleaning products to meet environmental objectives. * Perform other related duties as required by department/hotel needs.
