Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for installing, configuring, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on automation equipment, as well as providing technical support and ensuring service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and configuration of automation equipment 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and software 3. Technical support to customers and operational training **Responsibilities and Duties:** Install and configure automation equipment such as gates, kiosks, sensors, controllers, cameras, and readers. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and software. Conduct on-site technical diagnostics, resolving failures quickly and accurately. Document service calls, technical reports, and maintenance checklists. Provide technical support to customers and conduct basic operational training. Ensure compliance with deadlines and the company's technical quality standards. Collaborate with internal IT, support, and project teams for technical alignment. **Your Daily Routine:** * Experience with automation, access control, CCTV, or embedded systems. * Experience with field tools (multimeter, clamp meter, cable crimping). * Desired knowledge of TCP/IP networks and structured cabling infrastructure. Requirements and Qualifications: * Knowledge of analog and digital electronics. * Familiarity with test tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.). * Ability to read schematics and diagrams. * Knowledge of electronic components. * Ability to work with precision. * Good understanding of physical concepts. **Technical Knowledge:** * Parking automation systems (e.g., WPS, Perto, Link, Embratec, Parco, etc.). * Basic computer skills and understanding of IP configuration, switches, and cameras. * Reading and interpretation of electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
