Endomarketing support **Position**: HR Analyst (Permanent CLT) **Location**: Muribeca - Jaboatão dos Guararapes **Benefits**: Health Insurance + Dental Insurance + Life Insurance + Meal Allowance + Transportation Voucher (VT) + Partnerships + Day Off **Responsibilities**: * Responsible for job posting, resume screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, administration and grading of psychological tests, and candidate interviews; * Forward candidates for hiring by sending required documents list, admission medical exam guide, and bank account opening letter; * Verify documentation for submission to the HR Department; * Conduct exit interviews; * Prepare and deliver experience evaluation reports to respective managers; * Onboard new employees; * Support management in planning and executing endomarketing initiatives; * Communicate with employees regarding bulletins, new procedures, and service updates; * Provide feedback to rejected candidates; * Update spreadsheets tracking selection status and exit interviews; * Monitor occupational gymnastics activities across departments. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or currently pursuing the degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in Recruitment and Selection.
