If you possess strategic thinking, a hands-on profile, familiarity with collaborative and rapidly evolving environments, this opportunity is for you! **Your Responsibilities:** As an IX Developer (Senior), you will be responsible for: * Developing, evolving, and maintaining **scalable backend APIs and services.** * Contributing to the development and maintenance of **web and mobile applications.** * Participating in **database modeling and maintenance.** * Ensuring **code quality through automated testing.** * Participating in **architectural decisions and technical improvements of the platform.** * Collaborating with **product, design, and data teams** to develop new features. * Identifying and resolving **performance and scalability issues.** * Contributing to the **evolution of architecture and development best practices.** **Requirements:** For this position, we expect you to have: * Solid expertise in **JavaScript and TypeScript.** * Proven experience with **Node.js.** * Experience with **Flutter** for developing cross-platform mobile applications (Android and iOS), focusing on building performant user interfaces, integrating with APIs, and maintaining functionality across digital platforms. * Experience in **API development and maintenance.** * Experience with **automated testing.** * Knowledge of **database modeling and maintenance.** * A **hands-on** profile, with autonomy to investigate, propose solutions, and implement improvements. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** You’ll stand out if you have: * Experience with **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Experience in **high-availability environments.** * Experience with **distributed systems.** * Knowledge of **cloud infrastructure**, especially **AWS.** * Experience in **large-scale digital platforms or edtechs.** **Desired Skills:** * Organization and proactivity; * Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; * Results- and goal-oriented; * Teamwork; * Attention to detail and process rigor; * Strategic business vision; * Continuous learning mindset; * Growth mindset. **Job Details and Working Hours:** * Gross Salary: R$10\.296,00 * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Remote work; * Employment Type: CLT. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance, also guaranteed during vacation.
