We are seeking an ethical, organized, and results-oriented **Clinic Supervisor** to work at a clinic located in the Espinheiro neighborhood of Recife. If you have experience in sales, Customer Success, or have previously worked in clinics, this opportunity may be ideal for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the team and oversee daily clinic operations; * Ensure excellence in customer/patient service; * Monitor performance metrics and support the Customer Success team; * Support the commercial (sales) team and track marketing follow-ups; * Organize information, reports, and internal processes; * Safeguard the confidentiality and privacy of clinic information. **Requirements:** * Experience in **customer service**, **sales**, **customer success**, or **service delivery**; * Basic to intermediate knowledge of **Excel**; * Experience in **team management or supervision**; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, courtesy, and ethics; * Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations. **Desirable/Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in **clinics** or the **healthcare sector**; * Experience in **sales** and **customer success**; * Bachelor’s degree completed (e.g., Business Administration or related fields) preferred; * Knowledge of **marketing follow-up**.
