BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION **EDUCATION** Completed High School. Ensure organized, validated, and reported daily closing; * Immediately correct identified inconsistencies; * Organize, track, and ensure timely release of medical authorization forms with skill and proactivity; * Guarantee that authorization form processes follow the correct workflow and established deadlines; * Monitor medical appointment schedules daily; * Identify failures, inappropriate scheduling, missing authorizations, or risks of claim denial; * Collaborate with reception and coordination to implement necessary adjustments; * Ensure efficient use of appointment scheduling, reducing idle time and financial losses; * Serve as the operational reference for the team; * Firmly, respectfully, and objectively enforce task execution, deadlines, and alignment; * Make decisions within the scope of the position without constant supervision; * Clearly and proactively communicate risks, deviations, and needs to management; * Monitor clinical unit operations to ensure achievement of goals and quality standards; * Monitor patient flow, optimizing appointment scheduling and resource utilization; * Conduct training and promote continuous team development; * Ensure a collaborative and efficient work environment; * Guarantee humane and excellent patient care; Mediate requests and provide support to patients, caregivers, and physicians
