Ready to join this team? \#JoinAssai **Responsibilities and duties*** Conduct the selection process for all store vacancies, performing sourcing, scheduling, interviews and pre-employment procedures (scheduling medical exams, document verification, system registration), printing employment contracts and collecting signatures from new employees; * Conduct onboarding training, sending attendance lists to the Corporate Training team; * Manage the distribution of uniforms and PPE, requesting purchases as needed; * Process employee electronic time records, entering medical certificates, absence justifications and/or allowances according to alignment with the Store Manager, printing and collecting signatures, keeping documents properly filed; * Conduct termination processes according to management guidelines, entering data into the system and conducting exit interviews, seeking Legal Department guidance in cases of dismissal for cause to ensure compliance with current legislation; * Enter personnel movements into the system (merits, transfers and promotions), monitoring all approval stages before communicating to the employee; * Execute internal endomarketing initiatives such as Employee Birthday Celebrations, Coffee with Management, Children's Day events, etc; * Monitor employee participation in behavioral and mandatory training programs scheduled by Assaí University; * Monitor and execute health and safety actions in partnership with SESMT (e.g., updating periodic exams, supporting inspections, etc); * Support submission of documents/witness referrals to the Legal Department in connection with labor claims. **Requirements and qualifications** **Minimum education:** High School Diploma or pursuing a Higher Education degree in Human Resources-related fields. **Experience:** Proven experience as a Generalist in HR processes and Payroll, including Hiring, Termination, Electronic Time Tracking, Recruitment and Selection, Vacations, Benefits and Onboarding.
