This role is for you! **Your Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Management:** Serve as the primary contact for Assaí and Atacadão accounts, ensuring excellence in delivery and satisfaction. * **Opportunity Identification:** Analyze each client’s scenario to identify gaps and propose solutions that generate mutual value. * **Negotiation and Contracts:** Lead renewals, scope expansion, and complex commercial negotiations. * **Internal Interface:** Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to ensure client requirements are met promptly. * **Data Analysis:** Monitor performance KPIs, deliver strategic reports, and conduct Joint Business Planning. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Experience:** Proven track record managing key accounts in Large Retail or Wholesalers. * **Networking:** Prior knowledge of internal dynamics and processes of major industry players (direct experience with Assaí/Atacadão is a competitive advantage). * **Skills:** Strong communication skills, resilience, and persuasive ability. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. * **Tools:** Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel for data analysis). \#VemSerSoftys Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: Class B Willingness to travel * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Variable Compensation * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) * Total Pass * Health Insurance
