




**People Business Partner – \[Caruaru/PE]** **Employer's industry:** Telecommunications **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Generalist experience in HR, with exposure to Human Resources Department processes. * Knowledge of labor legislation and routines related to hiring, termination, payroll, time tracking, and benefits. * Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. * Consulting profile with strategic vision and focus on solutions. **Desirable:** * Experience in medium or large companies. * Previous experience as an HR business partner. * Postgraduate degree in People Management, Administration, or related areas. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the HR focal point at the branch, ensuring alignment between corporate guidelines and local needs. * Support leaders in people management, team development, organizational climate, and conflict resolution. * Coordinate HR department routines, ensuring legal compliance and process efficiency. * Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. * Monitor HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, climate) and propose improvements. * Support internal communication initiatives, organizational culture, and strategic HR projects. * Lead and develop the local HR and HR department team.
