Manage technician productivity and performance **Position: Operational Supervisor** **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for supervising and technically supporting external teams, ensuring service execution in accordance with operational standards, quality, and safety. Manages technician schedules, productivity, and performance, monitors KPIs, and promotes continuous improvement.
