We are eager to meet you, candidate and friend of **Polinutri**. **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in the separation of raw materials for production; * Add ingredients into the mixing hopper; * Weigh macro and micro ingredients to ensure correct addition of all ingredients in production, guaranteeing accurate weighing; * Verify scales according to IT.SGQ 006 and IT.SGQ 004 to ensure they are weighing correctly; * Program the scale according to product specifications to ensure the expected weight; * Perform stitching/sealing of packaging to ensure every bag is properly closed and prevent contamination or losses; * Collect a sample from each product as per procedure to maintain a counter-sample; * Close the production batch by checking the number of empty bags remaining, verify at dispatch the quantity of packaged product, total produced, and quantity discarded; all information must be recorded on the form for subsequent evaluation and batch release; * Operate the panel and check production orders; * Perform cleaning and organization of the area; * Ensure proper waste disposal by filling out the form to guarantee correct destination of production waste; * Assist in product palletizing; * Stretch-wrap the palletized products. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school or currently enrolled; * Basic computer skills; * Experience in feed mill production will be a plus. **Additional information** Polinutri Alimentos S.A., founded in 1989, specializes in researching, producing, and offering nutritional solutions and products for producers in swine, poultry, fish farming, shrimp farming, cattle, equine, pet food, ornamental fish farming, and aquarium sectors.
