Design sales booths, landscape layouts, and visual communication elements. Conduct technical and legal feasibility studies for land parcels intended for new developments. Obtain official approval for development projects from the competent authority. Previous experience as an Urban Planner, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, or Civil Engineer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
