Job Summary: Support the planning, control, and analysis of water and/or sewage system operations, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Support for contingency management and continuous improvement initiatives Support the planning, control, and analysis of water supply and/or sewage system operations in the Salgueiro regional unit. Responsible for monitoring operational indicators, supporting field teams, and contributing to continuous process improvement, ensuring operational efficiency, reliability, and compliance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and improve the operational performance of water and sewage systems in the regional unit, focusing on continuity, quality, and efficiency (Senior level). * Consolidate operational data (production, distribution/collection, losses, incidents, energy, inputs) and prepare analyses, reports, and managerial presentations. * Support the deployment of goals and indicators (KPIs), identifying deviations, root causes, and proposing action plans. * Support service scheduling, demand prioritization, and coordination among COI/CCO, field teams, maintenance, and support areas. * Contribute to standardizing routines, procedures, checklists, and operational records, reinforcing discipline and traceability. * Support contingency management, response plans, and communication of relevant incidents, where applicable. * Collaborate with quality, environment, safety, and engineering departments to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, energy efficiency, loss reduction, and optimization of operational costs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Sanitary Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in operation/maintenance of sanitation systems and/or analysis of operational indicators. * Knowledge of water treatment plant (WTP) and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) processes, networks, pumping stations, and field routines; experience in regulated operations is desirable. * Analytical ability and systemic vision for data interpretation and decision-making support. * Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI knowledge and familiarity with operational systems (SCADA/telemetry, work orders) are desirable. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with field teams and corporate departments. * Willingness to work on-site and travel between operational units. * Driver's license (Category B) is desirable. * Willingness to work on-site in Salgueiro/PE. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal allowance and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); **VITA Sertão** is the sanitation concessionaire established to drive the development of Pernambuco’s Sertão region.
